The girl with the glass is Kathleen Rake, a perpetual student of wine who loves to share sips, stories, and the flavours of fine living. Chicken and chorizo with a Tempranillo-Cabernet Sauvignon blend from Spain. On November 17 I saw this great post by the BC Chicken Squad. The recipe came from Jo Cooks. And I modified it to suit our tastes and on-hand ingredients.
